EDUCATION RECORDS REVIEW & ANALYSIS- I review education records (such as IEPs, discipline records, evaluations, progress reports). I talk to you and find out what has happened. I also review emails. After I have reviewed the records and interviewed you, I can identify legal violations and share with you my legal opinion and recommendations.
SPECIAL EDUCATION ADVICE - I make recommendations to you about what I think MUST be done, what SHOULD be done, and what COULD be done. There is a difference between the three, your family is unique, so we focus on resolving disputes and problems in a way that works for your individualized situation.
MEETINGS - I attend IEP and 504 meetings with families to assist in the discussion and development of the documents.
