A child with an IEP is entitled to a
free, appropriate public education.

My services include:

RECORDS REVIEW & ANALYSIS - Are you wondering if your parental rights or your child's 504 or special education rights are being disregarded? Worrying about the amount of speech, occupational, or physical therapy? Concerned about whether or not the goals are written appropriately? Confused about testing, accommodations, and modifications? I review education records, look for violations and areas of concern, and give my legal opinion and recommendations.

ADVICE ON YOUR OPTIONS - I make recommendations about clearing up areas of concern in the IEP, adding goals and objectives, clarifying data and obtaining assessments, obtaining copies of education records, writing letters of concern to school administrators, and resolving disputes and problems.

ATTEND MEETINGS - I attend IEP meetings, 504 meetings, parent-teacher and other school conferences, disciplinary meetings and manifestation determination meetings.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION - If you need to file a State Complaint, a Mediation request, or a Request for a Due Process Hearing, I assist with these processes.
